Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Check with Production Line Packagers/Boxers and Team Lead to see what they need
• Bring empty skids for Packagers
• Load and unload trucks and material, put up in its correct place
• Put filters on shelf that is being done that day
• Remove skids from shelf if shelf needs stocking
• Change out glue totes when needed
• At end of day, ensure everything is in its place and warehouse is clean and neat
• Keep an eye out for empty and damaged skids in productions
• Be a safe operator and a team player
• Follow all safety guidelines as stated in the Safety Manual
• Train new employees on the correct way to do the job

 

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a daily basis
• Team-player who enjoys working as a part of a team
• Perform repetitive bending, twisting, lifting, reaching
• Ability to work under direct supervision using standardized routines
• Ability to work independently, safely
• Respectful, helpful, self-driven, focused, and energetic
